SHALLOW INJECTION WELL APPLICATION AND FEES

在爱达荷州，干井、渗水床、渗沟、渗水廊道和法式排水沟等建筑设施统称为浅层注水井。使用浅层注水井处理的流体中，最常见的是来自铺设路面的雨水径流，但这些设施也可用于处理各种流体，包括工业加工用水、热泵回流等。

The Idaho Department of Water Resources (IDWR) manages shallow injection wells in Idaho through the Underground Injection Well Program (UIC) under a primacy agreement with the United States Environmental Protection Agency. CDH helps monitor these features.

Wells located within Boise City limits are submitted to Boise City Hall.

Wells located within Ada County Highway District right-of-way are submitted to Idaho Department of Water Resources.

Wells located in the county (outside Boise city limits and not in ACHD right-of-way) are submitted to Central District Health.

• $75.00 per shallow injection well
