Event Details:
Our clinic at 100 Centerville Road (Basin School campus out-building) is open
the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of every month. We offer primary care for children
and adults up to age 64. We accept Medicaid and most insurance plans and offer a
sliding fee scale based on family size and income. Call 208-327-7400 to schedule
your appointment.
