The programs impacted by this change are:
  • WIC applicants who are not on Medicaid, SNAP, or TAFI
  • Clinic services for which a sliding scale is used
  • Licenses and permits for food establishments
  • Licenses and permits for septic onsite, pumper and installer services

Boise Bathroom Remodel

Central District Health is requesting bids for the Boise Bathroom Remodel FAC 2604. Sealed bids are to be submitted online to bids@cdh.idaho.gov or hard copy no later than 4:00 p.m. local time, on April 10, 2026. All emailed bids will be electronically date and time stamped as they are submitted. Bids submitted by hard copy must be sealed and will be manually date and time stamped when they are received. Bids will be publicly opened and the names of participating vendors read aloud on April 14, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. local time. The bid opening may be viewed at https://youtube.com/live/mWmp6pu29MU?feature=share. Central District Health has the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

There will be a mandatory walk-through on March 16, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and March 17, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at Central District Health located at 707 N Armstrong Pl., Boise, Idaho, 83704. You must attend one of these sessions to be eligible to participate in this bid. Please meet in the Administration lobby. You are requested to have thoroughly reviewed the bid packet prior to the meeting. No questions will be answered during the walk-through.
