Counseling Services
CDH offers counseling and behavioral health services at our Boise location and via telehealth.
Our licensed clinical social worker serves adults, 18 years old and up, for a variety of behavioral and mental health issues including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, bipolar, borderline personality disorder (BPD), PTSD/trauma, hoarding, as well as couples’ and family therapy.
New patients can call for an appointment or be referred.
To set up your appointment or for more information call 208-327-7400.
Beginning July 1, 2025, Idaho law requires CDH to verify the lawful presence of those applying for public benefits through our agency.
Family and Clinic services and programs impacted by this change are:
- WIC (WIC applicants who are not on Medicaid, SNAP, or TAFI)
- Clinic services for which a sliding scale is used
You can review the policy here and then verify your lawful presence online or in person.
