This Let’s Get Checked kit allows you to collect samples privately at home for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia testing. Once collected the kit is mailed to a certified lab using the provided prepaid shipping label. Results are available through their secure online portal within 2–5 business days.
The kit also includes a QR code to a brief, anonymous survey where you can record your results, learn what they mean, and access support or follow-up care if needed.
