Central District Health is partnering with Valley Regional Transit to provide NO-COST rides to our Boise Clinic!

The Rides2Wellness service is a shared-ride transit system that takes passengers to clinic/WIC appointments at CDH and home again.

Call Valley Regional Transit (VRT) Customer Service at 208-345-7433, Monday – Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. to schedule your ride.

Rides2Wellness operates Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. You must book at least two business days ahead of your appointment.

YOU QUALIFY FOR RIDES2WELLNESS, IF:

You are not eligible for Medicaid transportation
You do not have transportation to your appointment
You live in Boise, Eagle, Kuna, Meridian, Garden City, or Star
Your appointment is at least two (2) business days after you call to schedule your appointment

How can I schedule a ride to my clinic/WIC appointment?

Call VRT Customer Service at 208-345-7433 at least two business days before your clinic/WIC appointment.
Provide the customer service representative with the clinic/WIC appointment time and pick up and drop off location.
You’ll receive a confirmation call the night before your scheduled appointment from the ride provider.
