The programs impacted by this change are:
  • Sliding fee discount for medical clinic or counseling services for those not on Medicaid
  • WIC, PAT, and NFP applicants who are not adjunctively eligible for Idaho Medicaid, SNAP, or TAFI

Earn a Gift Card for Food or Gas!

WIC Referral Program

WIC is a supplemental nutrition program for Women, Infants, and Children up to age 5.

As a current WIC family, you can refer a friend or family member. If the person you refer is qualified to join the CDH WIC program, you will both receive the gift card. You can refer as many people as you like. You will receive one gift card for every referral of a qualified potential WIC participant.
