CDH offers behavioral health services at our Boise location.
Our licensed clinical social worker serves teens and adults, 12 years old and up, for a variety of behavioral and mental health issues including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, bipolar, borderline personality disorder (BPD), PTSD/ trauma, hoarding, as well as couples’ and family therapy.
New patients can call for an appointment or be referred.
