Youth Alcohol and Substance Use Prevention (YA-SUP!) assists parents and community partners in introducing after-school activities, supporting evidence-based curricula, and providing educational programs to prevent alcohol and substance use among youth.
Communities for Youth uses an upstream prevention approach to youth mental health. That means we work with communities to identify and address risk and protective factors.

Mpox returns to Idaho: Health authorities stress importance of vaccination
IDHW and CDH announced the first two reported people diagnosed with mpox in Idaho since last year. Investigation is ongoing, but both persons reported traveling outside the state, which may be related to these diagnoses. Both people diagnosed with mpox are Ada County residents.
