Food Service Manager Resources
Active Managerial Control (AMC) is used by food service managers to actively lead food workers in food handling practices that reduce the occurrence of foodborne illness risk factors by:
- Retaining knowledgeable, well-trained staff. Having a proactive approach to identify, evaluate and control food safety hazards.
